I spoke to an IR rep today and got the same feedback. Priority's are:

1. Find more gold

2. Produce

3. 43-101

Yes, the report is needed for the TSX, but the comment given was that they feel they can add more value to the company by doing 1&2 above. He indicated that the company made money in September and when the quarterly financials come out next Friday which I assume to be Nov 13th (yikes Friday the 13th), the company will show cashflow positive results. Further comments included that the forcing of the convertible debenture has kept the share price down, but that is almost complete. He was excited (which I realize is his job) about the results of the L13 zone and said that he would not be surprised to see the share price hit a new high and possibly over $4 by the second week in Dec. with the release of financials, L13 results and the convertible debenture being complete.

Let's see how true it all becomes
