Negative real interest rates are good for gold. FMOC targeting inflation at 2% with a Fed funds rate at .25%. Gold will continue to go up under this scenario and at current annual 15% increase in M2, gold will double in 5 years which doesn't include the parbolic moves. This is a positive for a company that may have a hard time exceding expectations on the production front.
