I sent them an email a few days ago, actually both companies. Only San Gold replied and they said they are "working on it" and no date had been set. I was curious because Kerr was @.05. So I bought 100k shares which eventually be 300k SGR shares, assuming, of course the merger goes through. I thought it was a good move as it reduced my average share price, eventually, by 50%.
