I like that idea.

Basically doing it but rather then cashout my TFSA, i was planning on just grabbing some money from my credit line and put it in the RRSP which works out to be similar.

Then i can cash out whatever amount i want in my TFSA if i want to pay off my credit line after income tax.

But if i didnt have a credit line i would totally do what you suggested.
