Power Of Attorney, yes when dealing with your Attorney, make shure you have signing writes over each other in the case of health, especially if you want to pay back all your visa bills. Your local bank s if more than one, offer free POA on all your accounts at their branch, just remember that your TFSA is your personal account and it will be become the GOV account utilll whiich time the Estate is settled unless you set up the POA. I see it advantages to have this free POA also set up on all your TFSA which is a separate form and each joint holder must sign for the purpose of trading . Traps7
