No fundamentals here at all just observations. The pendulum seems to swing between LSG and SGR it seems that rarely are their SP even. I was pissy earlier as I did this trade and it worked but I couldn't stick around and bark with the big dogs and sold my LSG early before the big rise and bought back SGR. It is working out for me with the subsequent rise in SGR and decline of LSG, but through NO planning of my own. JNHO but now would be the time to hold SGR and let the market digest the merger of LSG/WTM. All bets are off pending further NRs from either company.

Long term I think you were onto something with a LSG-SGR merger being a possibility. A lot of big players involved. If this merger was to happen how would Goodman get paid for his troubles. He doesn't stike me as a company builder where his interest and control are greatly diminished.
