AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Sincerely,

George et al

Welcome Dan,

You won't be disappointed with your purchase at .25 in short order and mght want to consider things under that, but that is for you to decide.

I have been away for a few days with things unrelated to the markets and post reliable good information. You can take a look here or on SH for my most recent posts to get a better understanding of SXN.

Website upgrades are being looked into as well and you should be able to verify the information you are looking for. In addtion you wil be able to look at the 51-101 on SEDAR when its posted.

Long story short: We have enough cash via our credit line and other means to fund our efforts in Italy and continue to expand reserves in North America and I wouldn't expect a PP at these prices, but instead project financings. Should see financials soon to confirm this.

Kansas and Italy will prove to be very good for SXN and I don't think that is the last thing Rich Green (prez) has up his sleeve and more deals are expected.

Cheers,

cvac01
