If you own shares in the company, then then yhe portion of the company that these shares represent is now made smaller by the larger share float. The company, however, is now richer by the tune of 20 million - so it's a trade off. Whether it's a good thing or not really depends on how well they use these additional funds.

Long term shareholders may be a little miffed since the company led us to believe that they had the funding already to start the mine up next Aug. It is also unfortunate that they didn't do this private placement a couple of months ago when the stock was trading at 2.25
