I think that moving forward we are going to see the markets start to turn around in early 2009. As we have seen huge losses across the juniors and some TSX Exploration/ Mining Companies the October sell offs will be a hard hit this year without a doubt.

That being said, and to quote BNN Market Call, you will notice that Scorpio is trading well below cash flows. Actually it is trading at 3 - 4 times cash flows whenit should be up higher around 7- 10.
