I can offer a few causes for the lift

#1 - the price of silver has broken thru new highs along side the price of gold, & silver is expected, by several analysts to exceed the gains gold makes

#2 - Peter Breiger was on BNN Sept 21, & the first question out of the gate was on Scorpio
