Thankfully, this only applies to PP issues. We still meet the minimum $2M market cap threshold to remain listed on the exchange.

I looked at QAU's depth -- they have well over 5M shares to get through to reach 5 cents. We have less than 2M shares to get through to reach 5 cents. We also touched 5 cents a couple of times this year on only project updates, grab samples and subsidiary diamond news. IMO, when we get assays from Arae-Gassel, we will break the 5 cent resistance. At that point, obtaining financing at 5 cents or higher shouldn't be too difficult with the warrant incentive attached.

If they can get their Bakoudou mine up-and-running, they could avoid further dilution all together.
