Here is the latest filing on insider sales from Canadian Insider.com . You will notice that Gary Guidry sold 1,600,000 shares for tax loss purposes as he made or will make lot of money on the sale of his shares in Tanganyika Oil Company which he is the President and CEO of and which is being bought by Sinopec. Bayou Bends new President and CEO Keith Hill , who replaced Clinton Coldren, has a questionable number of shares in the company at present.
