yeah...

GEP owns 80% of the block. Marathon Oil 20% of the block.

Of that 80% owned by GEP, ShaMaran owns 1/3 of GEP (thus, 33.5% of 80% = 27%), and Aspect Energy owns 2/3 of GEP (66.6% of 80% = 53%).

Again.

GEP = 80 % >>> 27% Shamaran

................... >>> 53% Aspect Energy

Marathon = 20%
