TD Securities Report on Shore Gold

Report is dated Dec 23. They are maintaining their "speculative buy" rating but dropping the target from $5.25 to $1.25 to "reflect increased project funding
and development risk."

Their "view on the project itself has not changed significantly - we believe
that the Star/Orion project is one of the best undeveloped diamond
projects in the world."
