It's my personal feeling the spot price won't break the 3rd Fibonacci price point, or 61.8% correction from breakout highs. Even if the trendline was comprimised that would serve to force the weak hands out of the commodity and perhaps lodge some weak shares from the prog trading programs. Since there is record number of spot futures short, this would be an ideal time to cover and get long, setting the stage for new highs.

That's the way i see things play out anyway. Ultimately as long as gold is near new highs when Shoreham proves up the 2M oz at Marudi, we'll be in good shape as Shoreham investors.
