My take is that we can probably afford any dilution up until 60M shares or so. I don't like to invest in low priced stocks when the float gets too much higher than that because the price basically takes to long to appreciate. Since we're only in the 40's now, its not a big deal. By the end of 2009 we'll be receiving by-credits so hopefully only 1 or 2 more PP to go.
