He will replace Mr. Gerald Feldman, C.A. who has resigned from the Board. The Company sincerely thanks Mr. Feldman for his contribution to the Company over the past year. Mr. Hershak is a C.A. and CFO of Hathor Explorations Ltd. and will chair Shoreham's Audit Committee.
