David Bending: Director, Chairman of the Board, President, CEO, Member of the Technical Committee, Member of the Compensation Committee, Member of the Corporate Governance Committee.

Thats quite a few positions to be holding in one company all at once. With the amount of time David spends abroad in Guyana, he's sure to have his hands full.
