Shoreham granted 2,100,000 stock options on February 2, 2009 exercisable at $0.20 for three years to February 2, 2012.

Eeechh, a little more dilution is on the table here. Its all part of the business to keep the drills running I suppose. If those new shares are exercised, I believe this would bring the total close to 46M. I still maintain that anything under 50M is acceptable. The rate of dilution should decrease as REXMA financing kicks in.
