The Company has 48,382,300 shares issued and outstanding prior to the shares to be issued as a result of this private placement. The transaction has been approved by Shoreham's Board of Directors and is subject to Exchange approval.

I guess after this PP we have just over 50M outstanding now. I agreed with the folks back when we had this discussion that the float shouldn't get to much over 50M. Now were at that point so hopefully not much more dilution than this.
