Was this planned? Did management wake in the morning (5 AM PST) and said: "Hey we are on a roll let's do a 3 million financing at 25 cents".

Yesterday I was pleased they closed a decent financing at 30 cents. But today they came in with a financing at a huge discount to the market with warrants half the price of the financing that closed one day earlier.

What is the management thinking? I guess all this talk about above market financing is BS.
