Raekwan,

The SP today reflects the downdraft due to the PP. Unfortunately, even though the PP was cancelled, there is nothing currently to raise the SP back up to the levels previous to the PP. In short, we are currently stuck with the losses due to the PP. In order to raise the SP, something needs to happen.
