Yes, I did own stock in a company that spit. Maybe it was a few more months

then I stated, 3-4 months (old moment) and yes they did a financing. I will leave it up to

management. Which ever they decide. Split/ Sell property they will still have to

raise money. I believe SMH is a great company and I will wait and see what

happens. Maybe two companies is better then one, then you don't have all your eggs

in one basket. Gold, or Moly, Uranium. One thing for sure time will tell., Didn't I read

they are doing work on the Guyana properties, Look forward to the reporting.
