I agree King James and Venturous. Kazaa / goldandsilver just sell out and move on. Spend your time on your own projects and leave this alone to prosper and become something good.

Also it is not uncommon for Officers and Directors to belong to more than one company and in this case with both Shoreham and Wintercrest being in Guyana the cost of travel and working can be shared by two companies. Hopefully Wintercrest will even move their office in with Shoreham and ease administration costs, legal fees, and accounting fees. I think even Kazaa can relate to that. Afterall doesn't he have an office with several public companies reporting out of it??
