1)Is current disclosure by SMH now compliant to NI43-101 requirements?

The current disclosure is compliant with the policy, given that we are reminding shareholders that the work was not done by Shoreham and has not been brought up to the standard of NI 43-101. We are preparing a qualifying report for Marudi which will be available during this month.

2) Was the update on the Agoracom Profile page for SMH done by SMH to make the Agoracom - SMH HUB compliant?

The update was a conservative (possible excessive) response to concerns about compliance in the company's disclosures. We have opted to take a conservative approach at this time, so our disclosures will be cautious and conservative.

3) Is the information provided about SMH on the Agoracom - SMH HUB considered information from SMH required to be compliant to NI43-101 since it is a paid site?

Every disclosure by Shoreham, whether disseminated directly or via Agoracom, should be compliant with NI 43-101.
