In this case like any other dealings with a publicaly traded company the company must have all the information compiled contracts signed sealed and dely.; then the liars ;I mean lawyers must look at it and then the exchange must agree to it. Then you can put it out. Therefore even if it is done it is not done untill it is done untill everyone is happy.
