Now just a minute Venturous this Kaaza person does have a point. The valuation of 30 cents for Shoreham and NewCo is at best numbers on a piece of napkin at the local coffee shop. Now the financials of Shoreham are on better quality paper and have been approved by the Auditor (DeVisser Gray) and I presume through two CFO's of Shoreham. There are huge dollar figures in those audited financials that would need some explaining - one of which is in the consulting fees. The first quarter report due at the end of December will also be interesting. Then the AGM may be more interesting.

I would like to know what the breakdown is between Bending, O'Gormann, previously Hammond and now Guichon (the CFO's). This will come out in the paperwork of the AGM in the Information Circular, but it does appear that a monthly fee is being paid to these people of about $5,000 each and then they are billing the company out above and beyond that. Now if that is the case something is highly suspicious as how would a shareholder know how many hours the person is putting in for the monthly stipend and how many hours in excess are they billing out over and above that stipend.

Just an observation folks and not trying to poke anyone in the eye, but you might want to ask those questions prior to the AGM and have the company explain them.
