I am hoping they are just cleaning up the market.

Dale Walster and the others did a lot of placements at .30? I think to keep things afloat.

Just setting the value and the baseline for the market. Taking big positions before for the next big launch.

I think they have been barely hanging on for some time. Going into the winter drill season in Canada and the next work season in Guyana.

This market activity, obviously on the buy-side, means it is almost SHOW TIME!
