David, you were a member of the DRV and MMG boards when they approved the deal to split off the assets. Given the fact that an unlisted MMI continues to be a source of agravation and discontent to it's investors and NO communication of any consequence from managment, should SMH shareholders be concerned when a spin off is being considered by this board?

I sense a growing militancy among shareholders and the message has to get through to management and the regulators to pay attention to us, or do so at their peril. If we loose confidence in the Jr. miners and the TSX.V, we are likely to move our investments to other markets and exchanges.
