We should not have to guess how many shares and warrants are outstanding when a 
company does a PP.

Why is Shoreham Resources current shares and warrants not stated in the latest news 
release?

They are required to include this in the news release.

Maybe that is why the TSX Venture has not issued a Bulletin approving the PP?
