In our company both our P.Geo's earn from $110,000.00 t0 $130,000 a year plus options and it is not uncommon for the field P.Geo's to make the most of anyone in an Exploration co.;next is your Securities Lawyer. David -because he is a damn good field P.Geo -gets to go out and spend time in the field ;so therefore he deserves to get paid for that work.
