Yup two companies with good management - one trading at $1.20 and the other over $6. And Shoreham has not yet seen a drill on the ground and keeps giving excuses for Rexma. The same Rexma who can't rub two wooden nickels together.

Wow Bending sure knows how to make deals but getting it done is not his forte. I would guess that he would have trouble pulling a sick prostitute away from a toilet. The same Bending who no doubt still collects a large monthly cheque from Shoreham. How much longer before the beloved Dale Wallster steps in and says "enough is enough" and simply pulls the reverse take over card?
