The URL is to an article arguing that ETF silver is not backed by silver holdings. Having ETFs at this point skews market supply and demand fundamentals, allowing for market manipulation to undervalue silver. Silver is simply too valuable to be under 20$/OZ. It should be running at a 16:1 silver:gold ratio, making silver over 60 $/Oz. The article breaks out the market drivers and fundamentals behind why silver is artificially depressed. Boot
