Make sure you are absolutely commited in your fundamental beliefs and that your are correct in that belief, that way you cannot be swayed by short term negativity, you must be long to insure price appreciation and we are talking years not days or weeks.

Eliminate any and all emotion regarding the daily price movements of the underlying commodity movement
