sinbob-

Interesting points, as always. Especially your comments on management. I think one of the things that has put off some potential investors is management's lack of specific experience in the mining sector. SFMI is a unique case, though. Because of all of the above ground ore, all it takes to get revenues flowing is to get a mill up and running. (Although I have wondered why they didn't just ship at least some ore to the nearest mill to generate some revenue- and get a better idea of the ore grades.) After that, there will be more than enough revenue to hire a much more experienced and larger staff to get the actual mining operations back up and running. Pierre I think has indicated he will step aside at that point and let the "professionals" take over. I think Pierre's approach was to get to the revenue generating point as cheaply as possible- contract out instead of hire, lease and rehab an old building for a temporary mill, etc. As we all know, it didn't work out quite as expected. We're a year late and diluted. But still, if things come together by the end of the year it will still have been accomplished much more quickly and cheaply than starting a mining operation from scratch. And if the revenues generated by the available ore are anywhere near expected, they will buy whatever time, expertise, and equipment is needed to tap all those lovely veins inside the mountain.
