The 43-101 has to be done by an outside party, so SFMI has little control over how long it takes other than providing whatever information is required.

The trading is bizarre. As soon as the sp rises a bit, big chunks appear lower down on the ask. Why would anyone undercut the ask, especially by a significant amount, when it is obviously being met by strong buying?
