Great news today....lets not get into the conspiracy crap. It is what it is...mistakes happen in accounting.

My ETRADE account tax document always gets re-done on their end. Always getting corrections..what makes you think, this wasn't a mistake?

Now we can play with 174 million shares and get the drilling going and file the 43 101.

Question remain: SFMI going to be bought out or a j/v?
