Silvermex is an immediate strong speculative buy for the reasons set out on the charts below. Yesterday's inaction is viewed as providing us with a last chance to take positions or add to positions at the current very favorable price, as it has recently reacted back again to strong support at the apex of the Triangle that it broke out from in August. The heavy turnover preceding and on this breakout and the subsequent positive volume pattern strongly suggest that Silvermex is poised to take off higher soon - and it should have the wind at its back with the prospect of a powerful uptrend in gold and silver.
