Arturo Bonillas Position: Director, President

Mr. Bonillas has been employed by the Corporation since April of 2005. Mr. Bonillas has been a principal of Silvermex Resources Ltd. since March of 2005. He was employed as the field manager of Continuum Resources Ltd. from October of 2003 to February of 2006.

Miguel Soto Position: Director and Chief Operation Officer

Mr. Soto has been the chief operating officer of the Corporation since September of 2005. He has also been the chief operating officer of Timmins Gold Corp. since September of 2005. Mr. Soto was an independent consulting geologist from 2001 to 2005 and was the exploration manager of Servicios Corporativas Frisco from 1997 to 2001.
