11:54 AM EDT, 06/01/2016 (MT Newswires) -- Silver Standard Resources (SSO.TO) was lower in recent trade after BMO Research said it continues to rate the stock with market perform with a target price of $10.
BMO said the shares already reflect what it believes was a dilutive transaction, and the broker awaits management's plans to extend the mine life at Seabee and improve plant operations. The go-ahead to develop Chinchillas is a potential catalyst in Q4, otherwise the company is in a relatively "steady state" position, BMO added.
BMO increased its EPS targets to $0.60 for 2016 and to $0.51 for 2017.
The stock moves at the top half of 52-week range $5.28 - $12.96.
