This co. has never had a shareholder mtg. since i have owned stock. 2003. There was never a reason to have one. Dec. they have one, anyone give any thought to what it might be about? The bashers would have us believe that either the dear John scenario or the reverse split. They do not need a mtg. to do that. My humble opinion is that they need shareholder approval to do something. Now just use your imagination.
