Good observation. There is no real 2nd in command with qualifications, most of the board is well past the time when most folks kick back and relax.

I haven't found anything in the filings to indicate that the company has been growing/staging a person for this possibility.

God forbid this scenerio ever happens but as shareholders we may have to step up and find a person to step in. Peter Hooper is advising the company, maybe in a case such as this he could step in temporarily to guide the company thru this period (but he too is approaching the retirement stage of life).

Just a noted: a limited company is its own entity, the company can continue. Tri-con could to but as to the relationship between the two entities, that will the choice of the new management.
