Koala- I have to go along with Jim Rogers instincts; no doubt the world will experience another financial downturn; when that happens everyone will buy dollars; thereby driving the price of PMs down to retest the lows that Rogers is looking for $1,000 Gold, which should put Silver in the range of $15.00. I'm patiently watching to see if Rogers is correct.
