I have watched SAU for a long time now. According to the NI43-101 report SAU needs 400 million to get their Congo property up and running. You can't do that with PPs at .20 or .30 cents. Even if the stock went to $4 you will need to issue 100 million shares. The venture capital markets are so skittish these days I doubt they would take on a project of this size and risk for the forseeable future. Nope I figure the only way SAU is going to be able to get this project going is through a JV with a cash rich company. There are plenty of them able to take on a project of this size considering the commodity price boom the last few years. The most likely candidate is a Chinese company looking to secure a source of raw material who isn't afraid of getting involved in the Congo (rumor has it several have been nosing around). SAU has the rights to the property and other contenders such as Boss minerals have been punted as result of the Government review. However in order to get a JV done SAU has to finalize the negotiations with Gecamines the DRC state mining company who also owns the property. I understand SAU is trying to increase their % of the property through these negotiations. When the negotiations with Gecamines is done and it will be done look out the stock explodes. Then the JV with deep pockets will be done and the stock shoots into the stratosphere.
Anyway thats how I got it figured and what the hell its worth a shot at .03 cents.
Then you never know they just might find an "Oympic Dam" size deposit in Australia through exploration.
