Just another example of a consolidation not working.

Reverse Split and then hit the market with a private placement @ a 20% discount with warrrants. Talk about sweeping the dirt under the rug !!

Heres an idea that just might work, god forbid but How about just joining ventures with potential investors by offering a % of claimed stakes & royalties, this should create some market interest and when the share price........... are you ready for this "GOES UP" you then start raising the cash flow needed.

Just my thoughts, if something I wrote above does not make sense please let me know because what just happened to Amador to me does not make sense.
