The system might be broken but the markets certainly are not reacting as though they are, the dollar is staging a serious run, but astute commentators are recognizing that there are a ridiculous number of outstanding contracts on the long side trade of the dollar right noe as commercials build their short positions.

There could be a heck of a downward revision in the value of the dollar when this one way trade resolves itself.
