Doubt that 100 million is the max. There are lots of similar exploration companies out there with several hundred million shares out.

Sage Gold SGX which has an Agoracom forum has 186 million outstanding.

The issue now would be to have a premise that someone would want to buy into. That will take some salesmanship given the current state of the company affairs.
