Message: Soltoro Reports 80 to 82% Silver Recovery on Soledad at
El Rayo Primary Silver Project in Mexico

.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 24, 2011) - Soltoro Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SOL) has received positive metallurgical test results from samples from the Soledad structure at its 100% owned El Rayo primary silver project in Jalisco, Mexico. The east-west trending Soledad structure represents a new and significant mineralised silver zone unknown at the time of the last NI 43-101 resource estimate. These results will be included in the upcoming revised resource study being completed by Roscoe Postle & Associates expected by the end of the first quarter of 2012.

The first phase of metallurgical test work has now been completed by Hazen Research, Inc. of Golden, Colorado. Hazen carried out flotation tests on the three samples analysing nominally 257, 158 and 90 g/t Ag at various grinds. A summary of the flotation tests is provided below:

SOLEDAD FLOTATION SUMMARY

Low Grade 87.6 910 4 7.7 19 0.05 92.3 80% 75-106 micron

The silver concentrate was obtained by bulk flotation of sulphides using standard flotation reagents and standard procedures. Silver is present within an assemblage of lead, zinc and copper sulphides.

Andrew Thomson, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated: "The positive metallurgical results provided by Hazen confirm our view that the newly discovered high grade silver Soledad ore shoots are amenable to conventional metallurgical treatment to provide a high grade silver concentrate with excellent recoveries. These results are being included in the revised resource study underway by Roscoe Postle & Associates."
