MONTREAL--Sonomax Technologies Inc. (“Sonomax” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: SHH) today announced that BHP Billiton Iron Ore (BHP: NYSE), through its distributor Australasian Safety Services Inc., has agreed to protect an additional 4,000 workers in its facilities in Western Australia, a contract valued at $600,000. The product used to protect these workers will be the existing V3 ProFit version. BHP Billiton Iron Ore has the potential of an additional 8,000 workers to be protected with the new V5, currently in the final stages of development and testing.

This agreement is a result of extensive testing over the years. We are excited to get our hands on the V5 this fall to service this customer base of over 200,000 workers.”
