For me, this was very exciting news received tonite, as I have attempted on numerous occasions to track down Renforth to get some answers to my questions, hope you feel as I do. Your email below (along with a couple of others) was forwarded to me for response. I am the President and CEO of Renforth Resources. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner but as you can see it has been a very busy time for our small company.
We are planning to list on the TSXV and in fact we have a listing application in with the exchange and are going through the formal process at this time. We hope to achieve our listing in the next month or so but of course there are no guarantees on time and much is dependent upon the exchange to turn things around reasonably quickly. Our plans are proceeding accordingly and if you follow the story and our announcements I’m sure you will be kept abreast of our initiative to take the company public.
With regard to your question on the KWG/Spider Joint Venture, I am unsure as to how to answer. The agreement and the amending letter were both publicized in our announcements and posted on sedar. Our intention is to carry out the terms of the agreement and earn our 55% interest in the Kyle properties.
We are currently planning our 2008 exploration program which will include a drill program on many of our claims. We expect to spend a minimum of $3,000,000 on exploration and drilling this season. We will be taking part in some of the aerial airborne work that is being done. Our plan has not yet been completed or approved and I therefore cannot give you any great detail on it just yet. As you may be aware, up until December of 2007 we really had no funds to work with and therefore no planning could be done. We are all very excited with the prospects for Renforth but unfortunately I have no additional information to share with you at this time. We are working on updating our website and adding information to it so I suggest that you keep your eye on that periodically as we do hope to have it revamped and up and running heading into our listing.
